After two decades working in HR leadership, mentorship, and business development across federal government agencies and private companies, we saw a growing need for experienced, consistent, hands-on support that could scale with a business. We founded Gredere to fill that gap, offering fractional HR services that are both strategic and practical.

With 20 years of experience, Tamara is a trusted advisor to organizations navigating the complexities of people management. Her career spans the federal government, tech, contracting, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on workforce challenges and solutions.
Throughout her career, Tamara has worked with both large and small teams to conduct in-depth workforce assessments, helping organizations determine whether reskilling, upskilling, or strategic hiring is the most effective path forward. He specializes in bridging the gap between complex technical systems and practical business needs, particularly within Core HR and shared services environments.
Having partnered with some of the world’s most recognized brands, David understands how integrated HR strategies and service delivery models drive long-term organizational success. His client-first approach and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions have made him a trusted advisor across multiple industries.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and serves as a Certified Mentor with SCORE, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. Through this work, he continues to empower others to grow their ventures with confidence and clarity.
